How PlukScore works
Pluk is the first public implementation of the Pluk Evaluation Standard (PES). One universal concept — demonstrated trustworthiness — measured through category-aware evidence modules.
The four trust dimensions
Every interaction is rated on the same four dimensions, regardless of category:
- ReliabilityShowed up, followed through, kept commitments on time.
- CompetenceDelivered work that met a reasonable standard for the field.
- HonestyCommunicated accurately about scope, pricing, and outcomes.
- Commitment FulfillmentFulfilled the specific agreement made with the customer.
Evidence levels
Every interaction carries an evidence level. Verified evidence carries more weight than opinion.
- Level 1
Unverified Experience - Level 2
Account Verified - Level 3
Interaction Supported - Level 4
Independently Verified
Severity
Not every complaint is equal. Higher-severity claims require stronger evidence to affect a public score.
- Routine dissatisfaction
- Material failure
- Serious breach
- Alleged severe misconduct
- Substantiated severe misconduct
Confidence, not certainty
Every PlukScore ships with a Confidence tier reflecting evidence quantity, reviewer diversity, verification level, and time span.
- Low confidence
- Moderate confidence
- High confidence
- Very high confidence
Building PlukScore
We never invent a default score. Until an entity has enough interactions with sufficient evidence and diversity, it is marked Building PlukScore — an honest signal that we don't know yet.
Explainability & audit
Every score is computed server-side, snapshotted, and paired with an explanation record — the engine version, the evidence set, and the dimension breakdown. Every meaningful change is written to an audit trail.
Sign in and share a specific interaction — completion status, evidence, and your ratings across the four dimensions.
